HOW CAN I RETURN THE FAULTY PRODUCT RECEIVED FROM JYOTHISHAMONLINE.IN ?

You can exchange/return the product if you received Faulty, Defective or physically damaged product. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt of the product by you. No cancellation of item could be allowed.


WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENT?

Products must be in their original condition. Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted, brand packaging should be intact.

Replacements will be made based on the availability of that product on the website.

Write to us or contact us within 7 days of receipt of your product. We expect you to send the product via a reliable speed post or courier with tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REFUND?

Once we received and checked the returned product, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from this date.


HOW WILL I GET THE REFUNDS?

Once your refund has been approved, the money will be sent via bank transfer within India
